The project is located in the deepest part of the Eurasian continent and is a key power engineering project for Uzbekistan. The transmission line starts from the Zankeldi substation and ends at the Bash substation, connected by a 500kV line. The project includes 334 towers, covering a transmission distance of approximately 128.5 kilometers, with most of the route passing through desert and uninhabited areas. The project has now fully entered the electrical equipment installation phase. Once completed, it will effectively transmit power from two wind farms, ensuring local electricity demand is met, enhancing the overall power supply capacity and operational reliability of Uzbekistan’s grid, and supporting the development of the country's economic belt.
Steelda overcame challenges such as interpreting Russian technical standards, handling large volumes with tight deadlines, and coordinating multiple delivery locations, always prioritizing the project's needs. By contributing to the Belt and Road Initiative, we are working with Central Asian countries to build the "Bright Road," making new contributions to the collective effort to build a shared future for humanity.
